Well 2010 is here and who should be making headlines on the first day of this spanking New Year but Lady GaGa herself.

For someone who is so widely known for her outrageous outfits, onstage or off, this lady attracted some attention when she was reported on The Times India to appear topless while sunning on the rooftop of a luxurious hotel.

Topless or otherwise I'm sure this lady will rock the New Year with even bigger surprises not only through her performances but her outlandish choice
of outfits of course.

Lady GaGa who designs and makes many of her stage outfits cites rock star girlfriends, Peggy Bundy, and Donatella Versace as her fashion icons. It was also reported that the star had 13 outfits for her New Year's Eve shows in Miami.

Gaga who nicked her name from Queen's song Radio Gaga has this to say in the lyrics of her song Fashion:

''J'adore Vivienne, habillez-moi Gucci, Fendi, et Prada. Valentino, Armani too. Merde I love them Jimmy Choo.''

Lady Gaga's outfits may be bizarre but she sure is asserting her fashion statement loud and clear.
